Our Nova dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant regional hub.
Since decomposition stage affects scope significantly, we quote only after assessing the property, never off a phone description alone.
Our Nova trucks carry the specific equipment decomposition remediation requires, not general cleaning supplies.
Every Unattended Death Cleanup job gets scoped individually, since decomposition stage and duration change what a job actually requires.
Affected flooring and subfloor are removed when decomposition fluid has soaked past the surface, which is common after extended periods.
Ozone or hydroxyl generators run for as long as needed to neutralize decomposition odor that has penetrated walls, flooring, and furnishings.
Decomposition frequently attracts insect activity, which is addressed alongside the biohazard cleanup rather than left for a separate pest company.
Full structural decontamination is standard on Unattended Death Cleanup jobs, since contamination rarely stays contained to one spot.
We help sort personal property carefully, since some items can often be cleaned and returned to family.
All biohazard waste is transported and disposed of by a licensed medical waste hauler, with manifest documentation provided.
